WinRadio 2.8

A single software containing all the tools necessary and an unmatched value for your money are WinRadio’s trademark solutions that have taken it to the forefront of the radio automation software market.

GRABBER

This tool performs digital audio CDs and video DVDs extraction without quality loss, it provides automatic tracks naming using the Internet . Files obtained this way are automatically inserted in the main Database.

RECORDER

This module offers the possibility to record analog audio or video sources while compressing the data in real time.
Use it also to remove blanks, define the beginning and the end of a media and to insert markers like intro, chorus, loop and mix points.
The Recorder is adapted to record any line-in cabled to the sound card.

EDITOR

This is the system's mastering tool. With it you can simultaneously edit one video track and up to eight audio tracks, with each tracks able to contain multiple blocks.
Cut, Copy and Paste operations are done in real time. The different tools can be used to manage volume curves, to cut and merge blocks, to define the final duration of a work (by applying a time stretching filter), or simply to apply effects.
When the layout is complete, it can be saved as a masterized project or as a title in the Database.
Editor combines speed and versatility to any journalist to create, prepare and edit their project.

MIX

This function is essential to manage the sequencing of the various audio and video sources.
This function defines mixing values using fades in and fades out, jingles incorporation, or voice tracks recording for pre-recorded programs.
You can listen and visually preview the elements and transitions defined.
This new mixing tools allows the possibility of adding 2 voice tracks to 1 track
Mixer can be utilized in several modes, as a simple and precise way of setting default mix point including start/end, intro/outro, hook and loop points. It also allows to adjust time stech properties and volume control for each respective audio file.

MUSIC SCHEDULING

Music scheduling is generated by specialized mathematical algorithms. Rotation constraints and sequencing rules can be applied on the Database's categories or titles according to quota based rotations, gap restrictions, customizable field rotations and all of manageable by time zones.
The new music scheduling can manage up to 8 areas on the same computer !

This module also integrates statistics and can export historical listings for the different control agencies. This module alos support the centralized management of multiple stations working under a WinRadio environment.

ADS TRAFFIC

This applet enables multi-areas ads management. With it you can plan following a daily, hourly or even on screen schedule, with support for automatic or manual ads rotation. The user can manage 8 different radios and ads zone on a single workstation, which means more opt-outs, more ad time and more revenue with a minimun aditional investment.

This module can calculate the cost of a campaign according to the number of ads and the broadcasting schedules while integrating ads space reservation. It also offers the creation and printing of invoices, broadcasting reports as well as commecials statistics. The filling algorithms can produce uniform duration ads windows on all zones by either using promotion messages or by time-stretching some messages in real-time. Therefore this ads traffic module can manage 8 different radios and ads zone on a single workstation, which means more opt-outs, more ad time and more revenue with a minimun aditional investment.

PLAYLIST

The ultimate step before broadcast.
It enables you to control the duration of the different sequences by hours or by day depending on the calendar and broadcasting zone. New elements can be add using simple cut and paste from any other software module.
Mix and voice tracks are also created here. This module can also defines all kind of breaks or activations sequences.
The playlist lets you mold the schedule and link the different liners while controlling the physical presence of the medias on the broadcasting server.

PLAYER

This is the basic broadcasting module of WinRadio. It is use to broadcast scheduled elements using your system's sound and video cards according to the functioning mode chosen by the user.

In manual mode, the scheduled elements are broadcasted by the announcer using a console, and a broadcast cartridge module.
When in automatic mode, the scheduled elements are broadcasted respecting the programmed sequences or by the triggering of an external device (satellites, schedules, etc. …).

This module can manage up to eight players on the same workstation.

On air

This is a complete live assist tool, allowing the user to switch between manual or automatic mode and assist you in making your emissions.

This tool can be software or hardware with the possibility to be linked to a RAMI cartridge

WINLOGGER

WinLogger is an archiving tool specifically designed for the needs of radio and television broadcasters. WinLogger is a multichannel audio recorder and logger automation software that allows the automatic archiving and exportation of your programs to a database, ftp site, Podcast or other support (CD, DVD) WINLOGGER is a complete tool that contributes to the improvement of your productivity.

WinTransfer

WinTransfer is an application dedicated to the transfer of sounds via Internet and FTP web server. It makes it possible to make scenarios of these transfers under all the standard formats of the market: Mp2, Mp3, Wav, G711, Wma
The transfer is possible of a local repertory, or directly from the database of WinRadio or WinLogger, towards a repertory located on the ftp.
The reverse is also possible, i.e. to download files and to deposit them on repertories of the local area network.

In addition it integrates a powerful tool for conversion which offers all the rates and frequencies for each audio format.
WinTransfer is thus the perfect application to manage your Podcast, the forums of shared production, to convert files sounds in all formats, for a use broadcast or for end user.

WinWeb

WinWeb is a collaborative extranet specially customized for the radio workflow process and its management. The aim of “WinWeb” is to optimize your team’s workflow management thanks to a stable and secured extranet.

WinWeb is organised in several modules:

First, a “sales module” allows the sales director to manage his team by setting objectives
The commercials can handle their prospects, realize their offers and input their ads booking demands in a collaborative booking grid that will calculate the price in real times on a seniority basis on the fill rates, the volumes and the demands anteriority.
Then the media-planner will be able to plan his campaign in WinRadio.

The “producer’s module” permits to define and plan ads, voice track to be produced by the production studios that can directly connect in order to upload the files when done.

It also permits for the virtual animator to access their playlist and to realise in real times voice tracks.

The last module allows you to supervise your Antenna by managing your DJ’s schedule, organise and check your games and your stock of gifts

Rights management of the users with group and profil.
